Delivery Policy Explained:

Local and International Delivery Times / ETA:

  • Local means: Products currently in stock in South Africa: 1 to 5 days (depending on your location)
  • International means: Products currently out of stock in South Africa: 6 to 60 days (due to importing)

Local delivery times depend on the following:

  • when payment is confirmed and reflects in our bank account during business hours.
  • the time you placed your order, courier cut-off time for booking is 12pm and cut-off time for collection is 1pm.
  • where you live (main city centers or outlying areas), city centers mean faster delivery time and outlying means farms etc
  • load-shedding power outages, local protests, potholes, weather conditions, floods, hijacked courier vans etc

International delivery times depend on the following:

  • products availability from our international suppliers.
  • international and local  import/export restrictions (if any).
  • international and local customs inspections, which cause import delays.
  • on average the ETA for imports is between 10 and 60 days.

Local delivery times for products in stock in South Africa:

  • Economy courier service of 4+ days is the cheapest option with longest delivery time.
  • Express courier service of 2+ days costs more because its quicker.
  • Express with insurance courier service of 2+ days, includes insurance to cover damage, theft etc
  • Delivery times are estimates, we will not be held accountable if the package is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances!
